Our customers have been so delighted with the "artisanship" of our regular sized scrolls, by popular demand and request, we have created a select line of elegant handcrafted miniature scrolls. Perfect for all kinds of invitations, announcements, programs and other special tributes -- for your smaller text needs.
Compassionate Expressions (C.E.) now offers authentic miniature scrolls -- each one carefully handcrafted to order. We are scroll artisans, so what we produce is different than other wedding and special events vendors, who sell (usually just rolled up paper -- manufactured assembly-line style scrolls.) Instead, (C.E.'s) mini-scrolls are specially designed with care and the individual in mind. Our scrolls are placed upon miniature scroll rods with simple rounded but classic wooden end pieces. They come in your choice of walnut brown stain or black glossy paint finishes.
Mini-scroll dimensions: The actual unrolled deckle-edged archival paper measures about 5" wide by 9" length (or longer depending on your text needs). The scroll knobs extend out slightly beyond the paper - making the total width about 7" wide. In completed form, they are rolled up and tied with a finishing ribbon. Mini-mailing tubes can be purchased separately. Our miniature scrolls can be purchased blank or imprinted with computer-generated text. Please Note: Each Scroll is handcrafted per customer. Payment is required upon order for production to proceed. If a cancellation is requested after order has been placed and payment has been received, a 50% "Kill Fee" will be applied to the total amount of order for all refunds. There are no refunds for cancelled hand calligraphy orders or printed computer text orders in mid-production or custom orders.
Rush Orders: An additional $25.00 - $75.00 rush fee (depending on size of order) may apply for mini-scroll orders needed in less than 2-weeks. Please inquire about your specific timeline; we will always work with you to meet your deadline.
